Hiring Campaign Strategy

Support the opening of a new manufacturing facility by generating a high volume of qualified job applications through a Facebook-exclusive video ad campaign. The campaign parameters were predetermined:

  • Use only 1:1 video creatives in three set lengths (6s, 15s, and 30s)

  • Run exclusively on Facebook

  • Launch and conclude within a fixed timeline tied to the facility’s opening

  • Generate enough applications to meet a specific hiring goal determined by staffing needs for opening day

My role was to build the performance strategy, forecast realistic results, plan for ongoing optimization, and recommend a budget tier that would balance efficiency with scale.
